1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store FURY, accessible at https://fury.clothing, owned by FURY EOOD, EIK: [Your EIK].

By registering and/or using the site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and commit to comply with them.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. Order

An order is considered complete after successful payment confirmation through our payment system (Stripe). After payment completion, you will receive an email with order confirmation.

2.2. Prices

All prices on the site are in euros (EUR) and include 20% VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect already placed orders.

2.3. Payment

We accept payments by debit and credit cards through the secure payment system Stripe. We do not store your payment card data.

3. Delivery

3.1. Courier Services

We deliver through courier companies Speedy and Econt. You can choose delivery to an address or to a courier office.

3.2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days after order processing. In exceptional circumstances the time may be extended, about which you will be notified promptly.

3.3. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and delivery address.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at info@fury.bg. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the paid amount within 14 days.

5. Warranty and Claims

All products are sold with a quality warranty. If a defect is found, please contact us at info@fury.bg within 14 days of receiving the product.

For valid claims we will replace the product or refund the paid amount.

6. Personal Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

7. Copyright

All content of this site (texts, images, logos, graphics) is property of FURY EOOD and is protected by copyright laws. Copying, distribution or use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes related to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by mutual agreement, and if not possible - by the competent court in Bulgaria.
